Code of Ethics
We build a healthy company based on ethics.
ES Electron defines the business success of customers, which is the most basic of performance creation,
and conducts all business transparently and in a reasonable manner by adhering to the principles and basics.
Based on this, the company operates a system related to the Code of Ethics and conducts various activities to enable employees to practice business ethics in their daily work. As a standard of good conduct and value judgment for all companies and employees, we have developed the ES Code of Ethics and Practice Guidelines to pursue active practice and continuous development.

Reporting Reward System

It is a system that rewards informants who report corruption of the person and others. It creates a proper corporate culture by preventing bigger risks in advance.

Clean Company

It is a system that voluntarily reports all unavoidable acts of acceptance according to the behavior and value judgment standards of the Code of Ethics Practice Guidelines.

Ethical Training

In order to ensure that employees understand the Code of Ethics and abide by the Code of Ethics in their work, we will conduct ethical training to make ourselves a ‘clean and transparent company’ and a ‘company trusted by customers’

Additional Activities

We are doing various activities to form a sound organizational culture, such as sending official letters to our suppliers asking them for cooperation related to ethical management.
